• Redemption is open to all, including foreigners, except the Management, employees and immediate families, tenants and tenants’ employees of the participating malls and their sponsors, suppliers and advertising agencies.
• Lucky Draw is open to all Singaporean citizens, Permanent Residents except the Management, employees and immediate families, tenants and tenants’ employees of the participating malls and their sponsors, suppliers and advertising agencies.
• Receipts (exclude purchase of gift vouchers, ATM receipts, credit card slips, clinic, dental, cash card top-ups, money changer, Singapore Post, National Library Board and push-cart vendors) must be of the same day and from Tampines 1. 
• Redemption or registration of lucky draw is from 10 am till 10pm daily, and it must be made on the day of purchase.
• The lucky draw will be held at Tampines 1, Customer Service Counter on 27th December 2011, 5.30pm.
• All winners will be notified via phone by 30 December 2011. All reasonable endeavors will be made to contact the winner during this time. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days or is not available, we reserve the right to choose another winner from the entries which were received before the closing date.
• Only original receipts are valid for redemption. Duplicate, NETS and credit card slips/receipts will not be accepted. The Organizer reserves the right to retain all original receipts presented.
• All participants are required to produce their identification cards (I/C) for registration and verification purposes to take part in redemptions and lucky draw.
• All information submitted may be used as part of the Organizer’s database for administrative, auditing and marketing purposes. All prizes must be accepted as rewarded and are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity.
• Registration and submission of entries implies automatic acceptance of rules and regulations of the draw. 
•    All prizes not collected will be donated to the Management’s choice of charity
•    The Organizer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. The Management reserves the right to amend or change the conditions at any time without prior notice.
