•     The Tampines 1 Shopaholics Card is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

•     Redemption of stickers and cards must be done at Tampines 1 Customer Service Counter located at Basement 1. Redemption and registration of the Shopaholics Card program is from 10.30am till 9.30pm daily.

•   The Tampines 1 Shopaholics Card program is open to all including foreigners, except the Management, employees and immediate families, tenants and tenants’ employees of the participating malls and their sponsors, suppliers and advertising agencies.

•     Only original receipts are valid for redemption. Hand written, duplicate NETS and credit card slips/receipts will not be accepted. Receipts (exclude purchase of gift vouchers, ATM receipts, credit card slips, clinic, dental, cash card top-ups, money changer, Singapore Post, National Library Board and push-cart vendors). Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase.

•     The Management reserves the right to retain all original receipts presented.

•     All participants are required to produce their identification cards (I/C) for registration and during redemption for verification purposes to take part in program. All information submitted will be used as part of the Management’s database for administrative, auditing and marketing purposes. Registration and redemption imply automatic acceptance of rules and regulations of the program. 

 •     All vouchers must be accepted as rewarded and are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity. The Management reserves the right to substitute the vouchers with others of equivalent value. 

•     The Management will not replace or be responsible for any lost or mutilated cards. 

•     The information stated is correct at the time of printing and the Management reserves the right to amend or change the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice. The Management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
