A. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 12 Frasers Property Retail developments:

Causeway Point, Century Square, Changi City Point, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point and White Sands.

2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the Frasers Experience (FRx) app or through Customer Service at any of the Malls of Frasers Property. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.

3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Malls of Frasers Property.

4. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found at www.FrasersExperence.com.

B. REDEMPTION

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy these instant rewards:

Spend $50 from 30 Sep to 30 Oct to redeem 2 event passes to the Halloween Scarefest 2022

From 7 to 30 October (Fri, Sat, Sun), 6pm to 11pm (Last entry at 10pm)

Scan your FRx QR code in the app when paying in-store. The qualifying spending must be scanned to the same FRx account.

Minimum spend of $10 in a single same-day, same-mall transaction.
Valid with a maximum of 3 same-day same-mall transactions.
Limited to a maximum of 4 event pass redemptions per FRx member per day on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
Present your FRx QR Code in the FRx App to verify transaction details scanned to the same account during the promotion period at Customer Service at Basement 1 to redeem.
Limited to the first 5,000 redemptions.
Last redemption at 9.30pm. Receipts after 9.30pm may qualify for redemption on the following day (10am – 9.30pm).
Entry to Scarefest Horror Maze on event days is on a first-come-first-served basis per day. Last entry is at 10pm on event days.
Scarefest Horror Maze is not suitable for shoppers with medical conditions, pregnant women, and children below 12 years old, unless with adult supervision.

3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to Instant Rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.

4. For supermarket spending at Cold Storage at Tampines 1, FRx member must present same-day, same-mall receipts along with their FRx QR code at Tampines 1's Customer Service to earn FRx Points. For supermarket spending from Fairprice at White Sands, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their FRx QR code at FairPrice Customer Service to earn FRx Points.

5. All instant rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.

6. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at the respective mall’s Customer Service.

7. The Management of Tampines 1, Century Square and White Sands reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.

C. OTHERS
